Digital Templates & Downloads

All digital products — including our pet trust templates, pet power of attorney templates, emergency pet care plans, and trust funding tools — are delivered electronically upon purchase. Because these files are made available to you immediately and cannot be "returned," all sales on digital products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded.

We encourage you to review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a template is right for your situation, please reach out before you buy — we're happy to help you choose.

Professional Review Add-On

If you purchased a professional document review and have not yet submitted your documents for review, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a refund. Once a review has been completed and delivered, that service is non-refundable.

Consultations & Legal Services

Fees for scheduled consultations and attorney services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
