Within 12 months of receiving your documents, you're entitled to one complimentary revision if your circumstances change, for example, a new pet, a change in caregiver, or updated care instructions. Significant structural changes may require a new service engagement.

Not quite. A will can name who receives your pet, but it can't hold funds specifically for their care or give ongoing instructions about how they should be cared for. A Pet Trust does both, it designates a caregiver, sets aside dedicated funds, and provides detailed instructions that stay enforceable over time. It's a much stronger form of protection.
